One connected workflow

From the first clock-in to the final invoice.

SiteSlate is designed around the handoffs where contractor paperwork, payroll, and cash flow usually break down.

01

Lead and customer CRM

Keep customer details, opportunities, documents, project history, and follow-up work connected.

02

Scheduling and dispatch

Assign crews, move work through the schedule, spot conflicts, and keep field changes visible.

03

GPS time + daily job logs

Capture verified time, notes, progress photos, job activity, and subcontractor logs from the field.

04

Estimates to final invoice

Create estimates, work orders, change orders, approvals, invoices, PDFs, and customer-ready documents.

05

Job cost visibility

Compare planned work with actual labor and job activity before lost margin becomes a surprise.

06

Payroll-ready reporting

Review hours, apply daily rounding, include approved manual entries, and export clean payroll records.

07

Crew onboarding + SOPs

Bring employees and subcontractors into a consistent system and keep procedures in the flow of work.

08

Field and office assistant

Use voice and quick actions to draft estimates, work orders, change orders, notes, and messages.

Built for the companies doing the work

More capable than spreadsheets. Less machinery than enterprise software.

SiteSlate is positioned for growing contractors who need consistent field operations without hiring a software implementation team.

SiteSlate fits when…

  1. 01Your crews work across multiple job sites.
  2. 02The office chases time, notes, and approvals.
  3. 03Estimates, invoices, and payroll live in separate places.
  4. 04You want your process built into the system—not the other way around.

The right amount of system

Built for the gap contractors actually live in.

You should not have to choose between a fragile stack of files and software designed for billion-dollar construction programs.

Straight answers

Questions before the walkthrough.

Is SiteSlate only for painting companies?

No. The original workflow was proven around painting and field crews, but the system is positioned for general and specialty contracting companies with similar time, estimating, invoicing, SOP, and payroll needs.

Do we have to replace every tool at once?

No. The practical approach is to connect the workflow creating the most friction first, prove the gain, and expand from there.

Can subcontractors use it?

Yes. The workflow can distinguish subcontractors from employees so they are not forced through employee-only rules such as payroll treatment or location restrictions.

Is this as complex as Procore?

That is not the goal. SiteSlate is for contractors who need stronger operations without an enterprise rollout. Large-project BIM, deep procurement, and corporate compliance suites are outside the current core.

Is there a long-term contract?

No enterprise contract is required. Plans are billed monthly after the one-time launch, with annual billing available for companies that prefer it.
