SiteSlate is a contractor operations software product provided by 1976 Studios. In this policy, “SiteSlate,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 1976 Studios and the SiteSlate service.

- Demo requests, messages, support communications, and meeting details.
- Account, subscription, billing, and implementation information.
- Information entered into SiteSlate while using its contractor workflows.

A subscribing company controls the business information it enters into SiteSlate. If you use SiteSlate through an employer or another organization, direct requests about that organization’s data to its account administrator. We process that data to provide the service and as otherwise permitted by the customer agreement.
9. Children’s privacy
SiteSlate is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as SiteSlate changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the contact or demo form on the SiteSlate website with “Privacy Request” in the message.
